At Henritex, our main products, including Limited Version of Hard-boiled Eggs, Soft-boiled Eggs and Raw eggs are all produced in the most efficient and safe environment. All of these products are produced with Quality Assurance, Healthy and Hygienic procedures all being followed to ensure the end products are of the highest suitability for safe and healthy consumption. We also have the proof of our words with the recognition of MeSTI Certification awarded to us by the Malaysia Ministry of Health. Our company is also accredited to HACCP, HALAL and ISO 22000:2018 certification to ensure our products meet the quality and safety standard. Product Types & Descriptions

 

(A) HARDBOILED EGGS  

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This product is prepared for catering industry and food manufacturing industry. The eggs are cooked and peeled before being vacuum-packed. They are the ready-to-eat product, thus helping the industry to save the cost as well as the food preparation time.

SIZE: Large (60 g), Medium (55 g)

SHELF LIFE: 14 days from manufacturing date

STORAGE: Stored in cold room temperature 0 to 4 °C

PACKING: 40 pieces/ bag

APPLICATION: Can be used in egg salad, egg sandwich, topping for nasi lemak, and mee curry


(B) SOFTBOILED EGGS  

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This product is prepared for catering industry and food manufacturing industry. The eggs are cooked and peeled before being vacuum-packed. They are the ready-to-eat product, thus helping the industry to save the cost as well as the food preparation time.

SIZE: Medium (55 g)

SHELF LIFE: 7 days from manufacturing date

STORAGE: Stored in cold room temperature 0 to 4 °C

PACKING: 18 pieces/ tray

APPLICATION: Can be used in the topping for ramen


(C) RAW EGGS (EGGSPERT)    

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Henritex’s raw egg is produced by our healthy young hens fed with specially formulated American feed which contain probiotics as well as prebiotics. Our Eggspert eggs are selenium-enriched, containing up to 5x more selenium than other normal eggs, making it standing out from other products on the shelf.

SIZE: Super Jumbo (76 g), Extra large (65 g), Large (60 g)

SHELF LIFE: 30 days from manufacturing date

STORAGE: Store in temperature below 30 °C

PACKING: 10 pieces/ pack

APPLICATION: Suitable for any dishes requiring eggs (festive cuisine, cake, pastry and sandwich)


(D) LIQUID EGG

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Eggs are prepared fresh from designated layer house in our farm and are sanitized prior to being broken. Our liquid egg product is very convenient and cost-effective, highly suitable for use in commercial food manufacturing and services industries such as confectioneries, bakeries, hotels and catering business. Customers may request the specific egg size and packing for their liquid egg’s order.

CATEGORY: Type A, Type B, Type C

SHELF LIFE: 4 days from manufacturing date

STORAGE: Store in chill condition 0 – 4 ºC

PACKING: 2 kg/ bag, 5 kg/ bag, 10 kg/ bag


(E) SANITIZED EGG 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Henritex’s sanitized fresh egg is a safe and hygiene product. The eggs are washed and sanitized by a double-action washing system, which is equipped with the slanting brush and spray nozzles. They are available in either 10 pieces per pack or 30 pieces per tray, depending on the customer needs and requirement.

SIZE: Extra Large (65 g), Large (60 g)

SHELF LIFE: 14 days from manufacturing date

STORAGE: Stored in cold room temperature 0 to 4 °C

PACKING: 10 pieces/ pack, 30 pieces/ tray

APPLICATION: Can be used in any dishes requiring sanitized eggs.


(F) SALTED EGG YOLK

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Extracted from the salted chicken eggs which are preserved and soaked in the brine solution. The egg yolks are then coated with layers of vegetable oil before vacuum-packing.

SIZE: Jumbo (70 g)

SHELF LIFE: 3 months from manufacturing date

STORAGE: Store in freeze temperature -18 ºC or below.

PACKING: 50 pieces/ bag

APPLICATION: Can be used in applications such as salted egg yolk custard bun, mooncake, and other food products
